Tasos Meletopoulos is a writer & musician
He studied in Paris and New York and graduated from New York University.
From 1977 to 1981 he was the music editor of the daily radio show "Kathimerina" in Manos Hadjidaki’s “Third Program”.
In the 80's he created the clubs “Aerodromio”, “Atomo”, “Vythos” (Deep sea) and "Derti Pizza", and co-created with his brother Spiros the club «Ergostasio».
In the 90's he was the publisher of the magazine «Prosopa». He has written 6 books. Two of them have been translated into French and Japanese. He has composed music for short and feature films as well as for dance theater performances.
His songs (Greek, English and French lyrics) have been sung by Nana Mouskouri, Tania Tsanaklidou, Sakis Rouvas, Martha Beatriz Moreleon Guizar, George Dimopoulos and others.
He is the father of three children. He loves art, his wife and his friends – and likes his enemies.
He has vivid expectations and dreams.
